Collate all of the required information about your new home

Check through the details of the contract and title deeds

Carry out local authority searches on your behalf

Produce a written report about the property you are purchasing and talk you through any key points

Manage the transfer of your deposit to the seller's solicitors and carry out exchange of monies

Liaise on completion dates and exchange of contracts with the seller's solicitor

Prepare transfer and mortgage deeds

Process your stamp duty land tax

Register the change of ownership on the Land Registry
