What we do

  • Prepare sale contract packages for your buyer's solicitors

  • Deal with all queries from your buyer's solicitors including any questions they may have about your property

  • Liaise over expected dates for exchange and completion

  • Manage the transfer of your buyer's deposit

  • Deal with your mortgage lenders (if any) to finalise your account, and process any estate agents commission

  • Produce completion statements showing legal fees, disbursements, sale costs and the final balance to be transferred to you

  • On completion day we will receive the final payment from your buyers, alert your estate agent to release the keys and transfer money to relevant parties

Once you have formally appointed us to act on your behalf, you will be given an appointed conveyancer who will support you throughout the entire transaction. You will be able to talk directly with your conveyancer about your matter at any time.

The average conveyancing transaction involving a sale and purchase will usually take 10 – 12 weeks to complete.
